What's the difference?

I believe that our mental and physical health are inextricably connected and that there is no discrete separation between our professional, social, and personal well-being. As such, I have endeavored to become proficient at helping people improve conditions across multiple life domains with the overarching goal of achieving greater balance, self-actualization, and general happiness.

I work with all individuals (18+) regardless of ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic status. I do ask that those experiencing significant psychiatric distress have an established (verifiable) relationship with a mental health professional - as proper emotional self care is integral to coaching success.
